About James
I am a culinary gradute that combines the art of cooking with an unmistakable amount of fun and knowledge. I impress to my students that as long as you have an imagination, you will never run out of cooking ideas.
I really enjoy the teaching aspect of this industry. Opening one's mind to the art of cooking is so fulfilling, that mere words are not enough to express my passion and respect of this industry and I would love to teach the knowledge that was given to me to anyone who is interested in learning.
I begin teaching in a church for team building. I was asked by members to give recipies on certain dishes and then was asked to teach some of those dishes to ensure the proper techniques were being completed.
I have taught students ages 12-17 years of age in the fundementals of cooking.
I have graduated form a Culinary University and have been in this industry for 15 years.

I first introduce myself with my credentials. I then ask what about this industry interests them. Then ask a few questions to see where the classes level is and then I introduce terminolgy and knife skills.
I have worked from students from the age of 12-17 years of age all the way up to adults.
I would look for a teacher with a passion for this industry that teaches the fundamentials and also encourages thinking outside the norm.
I was the chef organizer for a church event for that included the members preparing the meal.
