About Shannon
A personalized indoor cycling (spin) experience in a motivating small group setting.
Top of the line Schwinn bikes are used with stimulating music and syncopated lighting to give you a fantastically guided full body workout in just 45 minutes! Towel service ,changing rooms, showers are also provided.
Watching my clients get lost in the music and bring such positive energy and enthusiasm in to the studio, makes my job so fun! Also, watching my clients personal growth is so fulfilling. I have had many 1st time spin students come back day after day, put in the hard work and are now regulars in the studio.
After 6 years of being a spin client, and taking 100's of class, I was then was certfied to become an instructor by taking an 8 hour course.

Emailing with students to inquire about any spin experience. At that time I will also ask them to arrive at the studio 15mins prior to class to set up bikes and go through "positions" and give an overview of how the class runs.
