About the lesson

We have a conversation about the goals, dreams, vision and reason of taking the class and we go from there. Each class is personalized based on the needs and goals of the client. I like to ask them to sing me something so I can hear the voice I will be working with and know how to develop the following classes. In the first class I give some fun exercises to work on the basics like breathing, posture, pitch, rhythm and alignment.
