It was a wonderful experience! Lisa's classes are great, she definitely puts her heart and soul into them. She is not only knowledgeable in a very wide variety of dance styles (I have taken inline dancing and fusion classes with her), she is also patient and really cares about her students in any of her classes, it doesn't matter if it is private or a large group class, she will do everything within her power to ensure that every person in the class learn something (or a lot) regardless of their dance level, gender or age. Just a few of the words (so many do come to mind) that I would use to describe Lisa in her classes are: kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, fun and last but not least full of energy. In my experience taking classes with many teachers I have run into a few that are unkind, unapproachable, impatient or totally lacking any sense of empathy, I also have run into a few others who don't want to everything they can (perhaps they want to keep students coming back to them); Lisa is the opposite if that, she is always willing to hear, help and support her students learn and grow in a loving, approachable manner and she will never hold back any knowledge or tips that would help someone learn or improve their dancing. Last thing I want to mention about Lisa is that she is full of energy, a powerhouse really, so I guarantee you that at the very least you will have a dynamic class with no dull moment. I highly recommend Lisa and Ballroom Creation dance classes.

As a teacher, I have worked with Lisa many times. She is very good at making the material easy to understand and students love her fun coaching style.

It is always a joy to work and dance with Lisa. The ability to teach all kinds of styles and give you the confidence to continue to grow as a dancer. I totally recommend taking lessons if you are a new or a veteran dancer.

Lisa back-leads like a pro; that's because she is a pro. Lisa is receptive to going beyond the prescribed order of learning. She is always attentive to what my goals are and figures out a regimen that works achieve my unique goals. She guided me from knowing nothing to being able to enter contests while making a good showing. She is fun and approaches every lesson with enthusiasm and positivity. She choreographed my wedding and it was a hit at the Beverly Hills hotel; made me look like Fred Astaire and BTS. Worth every dime.

Lisa was recommended by a friend when we needed someone to help choreograph and teach us a fun routine for our wedding first dance (because our wedding was Alice in wonderland themed and of course I had to have our first dance be super extra lol!). She was amazing!!! She worked with both mine (I have some musical theatre and dance training) and my husband (he can move well but isn’t trained in dancing) skill set to create a dance that looked behavior on both of us. Patient and dedicated and gave us a first dance that we can look back on with giant smiles.

Lisa is an excellent teacher. Not only is she a talented choreographer, she communicates clearly and was patient with my husband and I since we are beginners. :)
