About Kara
I am a professional dancer and have danced for 18 years, since I was two. :)
Dance is my passion and I have always loved teaching the art of dance getting to see my students improve more and more every class. I used to teach back in Dallas, Texas before I moved up to Ohio with my fiance and daughter. I am professionally trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, lyrical, modern and hip hop. Technique is everything and it is the most amazing feeling seeing your dancers work hard to improve and also enjoy the dancing. In the past I have performed with the Russian Moscow Ballet and competed on stage at competitions for many many years.
When I teach it's important to me that I give positive feedback along with tips to help them improve so they feel uplifted and confident! Dance is an incredible art form and I am always willing to teach anyone who wants to learn how! Doesn't matter if you are brand new to ballet or are just looking for some tips on choreography! I have experience in all aspects I also have award winning choreography that constantly stays fresh with new moves! The main reason I am on this website instead of teaching at a studio is because it's better for my schedule and i would like to still be involved with my passion. :)
