About Marissa
I am a senior Mechanical Engineering student at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a minor in Spanish. I will complete my undergraduate studies in November 2016. My studies continue in pursuit of a Master's Degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Product Development & Project Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship to graduate August 2017.
I am currently looking to obtain a full-time position starting Fall 2017 in product design, marketing, or project management. I am looking to expand my experience in the work place. I am searching for a position where I can apply my creative skills and develop management techniques. I work productively in a group and through independent assignments. I actively seek challenges and thrive on a full workload.
In my free time, I am the President of the Rose-Hulman Dance Company. I choreograph for the group, organize performances, and manage our budget. Outside of school, I am a dance instructor of Ballet, Modern, and Jazz/Hip-Hop at Terre Haute Academy of Dance. I am always looking for new opportunites to teach and perform.
I am an active member of the Rose-Hulman Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers and of the Blue Key Honor Society.
