Going back to my hometown during summer break during my undergrad and teaching the students at my old high school. Mostly group lessons but I feel that students can benefit from a one-on-one lesson much more.

High school students from beginner to intermediate levels
Look for a teacher that will teach you and inspire you at the same time. More technically, find someone who will give you the tools to play the instrument to your best ability.
