About Danielle

I believe it is important to encourage students to work independently as I demonstrate and discuss my methods. Recording via zoom and projecting an above view during class enables students to enjoy working, look up when they want to and go back and review methods later if needed.
I love fostering a positive enviroment for students of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy the benefits of artmaking.
I have been working as a conceptual realist since graduating with a BFA contrating in painting in 2007.
I enjoy sharing the lessons I've learned from the talented professors who taught me how to work with watercolor at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and at Lorenzo de' Medici University in Florence, Italy.
I have curated exhibitions in Boston, Somerville, MA, Dover, NH and in Virtual Reality. I am a member of NHAA, The Women's Caucus of the Arts and was the Director of the first Friday Dover Art Walk from 2017-2020.
I have been instructing watercolor workshops and other fine art techniques to small groups and individuals for over 15 years.
