About Connor
I am a certified Reading Specialist and elementary teacher with 20+ years of teaching experience. My strength is building connections with students. Reviews are available on request, and my Reading Specialist certification is below. Also, I am dedicated and goal-driven. The first step is to learn about the student and the tutoring need. First, I discuss the child and his or her situation with the parent. Next, an initial meeting occurs in which I get to know the student and provide a short assessment. At the end of the first session, I meet with the parent to discuss the results and determine a plan of action.

Ben has been instrumental in getting my first grade son excited about reading - which is something I could not do on my own. Not only is he excited, but my son is excelling at reading.
