I cannot speak highly enough about the impact that Kristen has had on my girls. After changing schools, both were behind and my younger daughter was particularly struggling with reading skills. Kristen worked with both of them and they are now performing at/above expectations across the board. Kristen goes above and beyond to make a customized plan for each child. Ms. Kristen is a wonderful tutor I highly recommend! She is patient but firm, and truly teaches the child- far beyond what is taught in the classroom — I’ve been very impressed. Ms. Kristen seems to acknowledge the commitment that tutoring is, not only for the child, but for the parent(s)as well, and keeps the child on task, which I appreciate. My daughter’s grades have gone up noticeably since working with Ms. Kristen. Finally, Ms. Kristen is very communicative with the parent and gives reports following each session which I find so important and helpful.
