About Kelly
Greetings!
I'm a dual master's level II certified teacher holding PA certifications in Elementary Education, Reading Specialist and Special Education with a HOUSSE HQT Designation in General Science (7-12), English (7-12), Math (7-12) and Social Studies (7-12). I have over 20 years experience teaching Pre-K through high school in a variety of educational settings with extensive training in RTI/MTSS reading and math programs including: Wilson-Just Words, MaxScholar (Orton-Gillingham), Language!-The Comprehensive Literacy Curriculum, TransMath
I currently teach reading, math and executive functioning skills to secondary special education students. I love what I do and I'm excited for the opportunity to expand my skills outside the classroom. I enjoy seeing students not only make progress academically, but watching them grow as successful confident and mature individuals.
I come from a family of teachers and have witnessed the impact teacher hae on the lives of their students. I began my career teaching elementry school (2nd grade) to inner city children through the School Disctrict of Philadelphia.

Over the course of 20 years I have worked with Pre-K through age 21 regular and specia education students. I have experience educating high school students within an alternative educational setting and extensive experience with special education students with various disabilities.
