I use a variety of teaching strategies and aids to deliver high quality and engaging learning experiences
I have excellent communcation and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about helping students gain a deep understanding of the content rather than a surface-level exposure to topics.
I am a professional educator with two M.Ed degrees in Elementary Educationa and Moderate Disablities. I have taught in elementary classrooms, special ed classrooms, and have a license to teach.

Depening on age or area of focus, I will go through an informal interview to get to know the student and how he/she learns and where their strengths and weaknesses are academically. I am ask them to answer some questions related to the tutoring subject. I will also always try my best to provide the student/family with a general format for my lesson e.g. 1)warm up problems 2)lesson and practice 3) play a game
I have taught ages 8-13 in a traditional classroom setting. I have worked with general education students, ELL and students with moderate disablities.
