About Chase

I have been a professional English teacher for the last four years. I have a teaching certification in English as a foreign language. I have taught students from all over the world, including Russia, the Czech Republic, and South Korea. I love teaching students something new, from verb conjugations to symbolism in fiction.

I am also a published author and the recipient of the Ernest Hemmingway award for excellence in creative writing. If you need any help with writing, from fiction to essay writing, I'm your person. :)

I have a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and am a published author.

About the lesson

I like to just chat with my students for the first lesson to really find out what their strengths and weaknesses are. Everyone has different strengths and I like to encourage students while also addressing potential weaknesses that may come up.

I've worked with students of all ages and backgrounds. From kindergarten to 80 years old, and from speaking no English at all to AP English class essay prep.

Find a teacher you vibe with. There are so many teaching and learning styles and it works out the best when your styles match up.

I offer 30 min sessions for $15 and 60 min sessions for $25
