About Claremont

We are a boutique tutoring agency that exclusively recruits high-quality tutors from colleges and universities. We currently have several English and Pre-Med Students in your area who would love the opportunity to mentor and tutor students long-term. We can facilitate live online tutoring sessions until COVID is gone. Our tutors use video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and digital whiteboards to keep students engaged. If you are not happy with your tutor after the first session, for any reason, we will either replace them with another qualified tutor or give you your money back. We're that confident!

Our tutor's strengths and qualifications vary, but they are all currently enrolled or recently graduated students from major colleges and universities. We consider our tutors to be professional students since they have already achieved academic success at the highest levels.

About the lesson

We create an online profile for each new student to learn more about their study habits, personality, availability, and needs. Then we decide which of our tutors would be the best match. We make the introduction and then follow up after the first session to make sure it was a good fit.

We have worked with students in all grade levels. Generally, our clients have good students that just need help mastering subjects or ones that have fallen a little behind and need to catch up quickly. We also have worked with ESL students and students with learning disabilities such as ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia Autism, etc. Lately, most of our students have been struggling with COVID distance learning. Our tutors do a great job of taking a genuine interest in their studies and play a role in keeping them organized and on task.

It's very important to choose a tutor that understands your learning style and can meet you where you're at.

We ran virtual classes for a campers whose summer camp was cancelled because of COVID-19. It was wonderful and the kids loved it! Now we are offering classes in the fall for Intro-to-Debate, Disney Culture, ABC's & Me, Intro to French, Spanish, Poetry, Scramble, and more.
