About Andrea

HI! My name is Caroline and I am a college student that loves to teach. English has always been my favorite subject and I would love to help you do better in your english class so that you may also love it! I took most of these classes very recently so its all still fresh in my mind and I would love to help you. I tutor in the following areas:

- English k-8

- Grammer

- Poetry

- AP English Literature

- ENC 1101

- ENC 1102

-Expository, Persuasive, Narrative and Descriptive Writing

- Text analysis

- Essay writing and editing

English Literature has brought me much happiness, because of this I love to teach it and have a lot of patience with my students. I also genuinly believe that words are an incredible tool that can change your life. Speaking properly and with eloquence can mean a great deal when it comes to landing jobs, interviews and internships as well as day to day life.

I have taken all of the classes that I tutor, I have an Associates of Arts degree as well.

About the lesson

When I get a new student I like to dedicate the first class to understanding my students situation (what do they need help with, what level are they at and how long will they need my help for). I do this to understand my students better and to be sure that I am the right fit for the help they are looking for.

I have worked with college students and gradeschool children as well.
