About Jacob
Hello, my name is Jacob and am a 10 year experienced personal trainer and nutritional consultant. Teaching others how to achieve the utmost health, balance and vitality within themselves is my passion. Through my experience I have found that weight loss is not all about cutting calories or pumping more iron. I will work with you on how you can really achieve your goals and still enjoy some cheese and wine from time to time! I conveniently come to your home so you can enjoy your workout in privacy and not around a bunch of people at a gym.
Rates are usually $45.00 for a 1 hr session. I highly recommend 2 sessions a week with a discount of $80.00 combined. Workout sessions are designed around your fitness goals and health needs. I listen to my clients, if you don't like the exercise, we stop. I want you to enjoy exercise and not dread it. Be ready for a little bit of everything, weights, cardio, yoga & core!
