Continuum Performance Center is the areas industry experts in personal training and group fitness. Myself and the rest of the staff pride ourselves on the vast, collective knowledge we share to bring clients the best in strength & conditioning, functional training, myofacial/trigger point techniques, TRX training and other exercise methodologies.
