If you have a home gym, or condo facility in the downtown core, I am the trainer for you. With 5 years' experience in functional training, I have had the pleasure of helping several clients reach their goals and then some. With a combination of exercise training and nutritional counselling, I ensure you reach your goals, safely, effectively, but most importantly, realistically.
I have extensive experience in injury rehabilitation through myofascial release techniques and have worked with hundreds of clients from beginner to athlete to resolve postural issues and muscular imbalances. It is my mission to help you achieve the healthy body mind and spirit that you've always wanted.
