About Lorri Ann
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a client reach his or her goals! I have lots of “tools in my tool chest “: nutrition expert, personal training certified since 2001, and a life coach. Accountability, motivation, and goalsetting are essential components to having a successful program. I have tons of transformation stories. I am also an author of a book on nutrition, fitness, and life coaching! It is on Amazon “52 Weeks to Find Your Mojo”. I’m certified in Pilates, prenatal certified and post natal certified, functional training, and AFAA certified in group training and personal training. I have owned a local business since 2007 called Mama Bootcamp! I look forward to hearing from you to see how I canbest help you reach your goals!
