About Pam
Hi, my name is Pam!
I’m 45 years old, I have two adult children and have been passionate about health and wellness for the last 20 years!
I love helping others reach their fitness goals through fun workouts that give a sense of community; who doesn’t like hanging with friends while getting their workout in?
I have led group fitness classes for over 10 years including:
Pilates
Strength training
Spin class
Power toning
Bootcamp/HIIT training
My favorite class to take is probably Bootcamp because you can get a great workout in with so many variations!
