About Rasheeta
Women's Personal training and health coach. We specialize in weight loss from 5 pounds to 50 pounds using strength training and high intensity workouts. We believe in keeping you healthy and beautiful inside and out. Lots of self care and self love practices lessons in personal training with Rasheeta.
I love helping woman learn about their body and building it the ways they want. Women learn self care and how strong they actually are mentally and physically. I enjoy teaching women life long practices so they create healthy habits with fitness, food, and love.
ISSA Certifed Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist. US NAVY military veteran. Business Owner of 5 years. Over 7 years experience.
