I always enjoy working out with Rae. I love working out at 5am and this is the best 5am workout in Cobb county. Rae makes sure we have a good warm up and jamming music because it's so early. The workout is never the same they know how to change it up and keep it challenging. This gym is so convenient, 10mins away from my house. THE BEST!!!! I'm a year in with Pinnacle Fitness and I LOVE it! The classes are small, workouts challenging and different each day, and the instructors are amazing at motivating you. The best part are the workouts change EVERY day! I actually look forward to working out now, which is something I've never felt before. Give Pinnacle a try, and I promise you'll never look back!

With Rae I did personal training, specifically to be a faster athlete.

I like the fact that I went saying, I am not scoring touchdowns and when I left, I was scoring multiple times per game.

I actually make it a recurring thing since I play flag football year round.
