About Susan
Hi there!
My name is Susan Robbins and I'm a local personal trainer. I specialize in personal fitness training and helping others reach their goals is my passion! Whether you're looking to lose weight, put on mass, or simply looking to just get in better shape I can help you!
My personal training style is to get down and dirty with you in the trenches. I will never ask you to do anything that I wouldn't do myself. All too often it seems that personal trainers sit around watching their clients do all the work instead of actually encouraging their clients... That's not my style.
In addition to one on one training, I also offer boot camps and online training videos.
Let's get you started with your personal fitness goals! The first session is always FREE!
