About Nathalie

I’m here to provide the best knowledge that I can, the part that makes me excited and satisfied is getting to know my students and see progress in their learning.

I love the fact that I can help others to get better,and also how I can make learning fun. I have work with different type of people, I have been doing that for quite a while.

I started teaching French to Children at a Camp, and I also had a few sessions with 5 adults at a time in Haiti.

I graduated from one of the most prestigious French schools in Haiti (Collège Saint François d’Assise). At a very young age I started teaching French to foreign children and adults back home which gave me the opportunity to continue the same work when I moved to the US.

About the lesson

When it comes to young students, I like to start with a fun technique, for example: French songs and games. I believe that children are always interested in everything that is amusing and funny, colors is another option that I also use.

For older students such as teenagers and adults I like to start by asking them simple questions about things that they are interested about and their goals.

overall, learners will practice French vocabulary, verbs, phrases, numbers and grammar...

I have worked with students between the age of six and seventeen and adults between the age of eighteen and twenty-five.

The advice I will give to a student that is looking to hire a teacher in my area of expertise is to always make sure to look for a teacher that is very understanding and patient.

I had a 7 year old girl who wrote a letter in French to her mom in Canada and it was perfectly written.

Yes $35 per session which will be 30-45 minutes, however pricing is not something that comes naturally to me, there's a tons of decisions that I have to make throughout the process such as: choosing my topics and finding the right teaching techniques.
