About Dr Philip S

When the student is 'ready' ... The teacher 'arrives'. This has always been the sole-motivator as to how I approach the sharing of knowledge, "myself humbly included". I am a former University Educator, serving both undergraduate and graduate students, both in the United States, and eight countries abroad. I've had the pleasure and honor to work with over 2,500 students since the inception of this wonderful journey. Mature Secondary Level students welcome as well. EG in The US: Juniors & Seniors are welcome.

Special Needs Candidates are most welcome. I have the honor and distinction of having beeen affiliated, and worked with Special Olympians for over twenty-years, and worked with ("still working with") Autistic Students; in particular, those diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome.

"Readers are leaders, and reading is fun!" It expands the mind, it is a journey, one both tough, satisfying, sometimes difficult, many times challenging ... though the rewards are exactly those of your own making. In simple terms, the "sky is indeed the only limit," and the sky is infinite

As above. I am a professional academican, published academican, professional researcher, and recognized in the world-wide academic community. I hold two Doctorate Degrees, spanning a teaching career of over twenty years.

About the lesson

I ask that the potential candidate write me a learning proposal. In their proposal, this is 'their goal-precis,' ... I ask that they state in simple terms, what their goals are, how long they anticapate achieving them, their willingness to learn, and their finite time-limit in doing so. I do the rest. I have invested fifteen years of my life in custom curriculum and education program development; of which serves me very well once I have received a potentiates learning proposal.

My areas of expertise are: Computer Networks & Computer Networking, Computer Security and Information Security, Digital Forensics, Personal & Digital Privacy, Custom Academic & Program Architecture: Creation and Delivery, French, (Spoken & Written) US History, World History, and Social Studies.

Know what they want; their goals ... Know their "actual commitment" to learning, and the positive movement towards their desired goals. Know your strenghts, know your weaknesses, 'lack-of-hubris' is key ...

The on-going evolution of the whole Chernobyl incident, and all the years following; in particular; going all the way back to the Fall of The Berlin Wall and Iron Curtain, and the dissolution of the Former USSR. "People can indeed change, and oftentimes for the betterment of self, and more importantly, "global Mankind!"
