About Apolline

Hi!

I am a PhD student at Princeton (Comparative Literature), a French native and an enthusiastic tutor!

I offer private and small group tutoring for students, « from 9 to 99 years old ». Whatever your needs and goals are, we will make sure you achieve them and have pleasure in the process of learning. I have enjoyed working with children and adults alike; I am looking forward to working with you!

Hourly rate: 50 dollars.

Location: Princeton, NJ. We can meet in public places (cafés, library), at my place or at the student's place (if in Princeton).

My education: MA from Sorbonne University (Paris), current PhD student at Princeton

My teaching experience: French lector at Yale University, CT (2016-2017), 5 years of language tutoring, experience teaching in prison as a volunteer

I have taught French as a foreign language in different settings:

-as a lector at Yale University (2016-2017)

-as a volunteer with migrants in France

-as a private tutor with students age 11-75

French lessons offered by Apolline are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Princeton. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
