About Alicia
Do you wish to sound more authentically English, or, perhaps, just improve the clarity of your existing English accent if you are a native speaker? Perhaps there are some words that you just can't pronounce clearly, or maybe you mumble, slur or have a 'heavy' tongue...
I am a Voice Coach and for a number of years I have worked with actors, Corporate Professionals, Public Speakers, and people who just want a more attractive voice, confident presentation skills and better all round communication. One thing I can guarantee is that my technique will help you learn thoroughly and quickly.
In elocution and accent training, listening alone will not help you achieve your goals, unless you have an extraordinary ear, but I can introduce you to the finer skills by showing you how and where your tongue has to move within the mouth to produce the sound, as well as how to move the jaw, throat and how the breath is emitted or controlled. I have a good ear, myself, to be able to mimic your words and to then understand where we need to make changes.
In terms of presenting for conferences, meetings, TV or auditions, let me help you perfect your projection, articulation and perform to your best ability.
