About Dayjao

I have been a touring guitarist since the age of 14. I have a deep passion and understanding of guitar that is Universal for all levels of players. I want to teach people what I have learned throughout the years and hopefully help other guitarists grow.

Techniques Include

Sweep picking

Two hand tapping

Picking styles

Music theory

Composition

Speed playing

Soloing.

If you are interested in learning Music theory I feel comfortable teaching beginners to intermediate.

I started teaching when I was 14 years old. I worked at a guitar studio in Jefferson Park called Outer Regions. I learned how to work on guitars and started teaching the younger students at the music workshop. I started collecting broken instruments fixing them as much as I can and giving them to my friends to teach guitar on my free time.

I've worked with many bands and musicians over 27 years of my life. Have toured as a job and as a hobby since age of 14. I have ready and studied with many other musicians and have a personal library of music books that I have extensively studied as well as watched many guitar method courses taught by acclaimed guitarists.
