ive owned a guitar for more than a decade. I have lots of gigging experience including 15 hour gigs.

Getting to know eachother for me would be a great start,to learn a little bit of the taste you'd like to play and get them playing with their own style instead of copying others.
friends playing professionaly now i wouldnt like to brag about their acccomplishments but because of my simple instructions on the basics they've learned to their own style.
Keep your own playing style but recieve any advice given and always remember there is no right way to play the guitar.
im always finding new connections with my own guitar maybe if i could teach 1 person i'd learn a couple things on the way
