About Dirk
I have been playing for the Elderly for 30 years. I love to sing and play worship, clean secular music and children's song. I can teach the practical ways to learn by doing and with your subconscious. It is a proven method and works. I can give tips on voice as well.
Through my children and neighbors. I also mentor young people into their dreams.

start with the basics, and get them up to speed on the types of guitar and the types of music linked to those guitars. I think start with basic practise rhythms, which within the first month they should be able to play several easy songs. I help with song and getting the beat of music to synchronize between voice and guitar. As their talent grows I push for more chords, eventually given them all the chords to play just about any song. I also invite them to sessions where I play to get over the play in front of a crowd fear.
Beginners, mid and advanced.
come with a passion to learn and the yearning to play music you like.
Weekly playing at homes for the Elderly. I plan to start to play at corporate events as well.

Do I really want to do this. Do not buy a guitar unless you want to do it and your willing to work at it.

Details
solo per hour is $35 at my home, solo per hour $50 WITHIN 10 MILES. 2-5 children $25 per child per hour at my home and $35 within 10 miles of my home. Advanced lessons and live events $50 per hour.
