About Ronnie
Your first introductory lesson is FREE and up to one hour long. This gives both you and Ronnie to get to know each other and what your expectations are. Ronnie will also answer questions and explain his teaching methods and expectations. Students will also have enough time to have their first lesson too.
Ronnie has a B.S degree in Music Education from the University of Tennessee and holds a Colorado Music Education K-12 teaching license.
He has taught private lessons on piano, guitar, bass guitar and voice for over 30 years in Chattanooga, Atlanta, and Denver, where he also taught music and guitar in Denver High Schools from 2000-2011. Ronnie continues to teach his Denver, Chattanooga, and Georgia students on Skype.
Music lessons take place in his home studio. Parents are welcome to sit in. The teacher's studio lessons typically take place on Mondays - Fridays 12pm - 7 pm. Saturday lessons upon request.

I enjoy meeting and working with new students of all ages and professions, knowing that I am giving them a gift that no one will ever be able to take away from them.
My goal is that all of my students enjoy themselves, and look forward to return the following week whether they are prepared or not).
I have always enjoyed music, and was a paid church organist and chour director at age 12. At16 I began teaching guitar at a local music store.
I have a B.S. degree in Music Education K-12 and Psychology.
I also hold a license from the Colorado Department of Education to teach music in Music Education K-12.From 2000-2011 I taught music in high school as well as taught 40 private students in my home studio.

I always give a new student a free introductory lesson, giving us both a chance to get to know each other. Lessons are 30 minutes, but the free introductory lesson usually lasts 1 hour.
During the lesson, I do describe the lesson plans and teach the new student their first song.
I have worked with young and old students, as well as several famous students (two Broncos when teaching in Denver). I have also worked with students impaired mentally and physically, which is very rewarding.

Nothing could be better! Ronnie has become such a big part of mine and my family's life! He taught me the joy of music through piano, bass and acoustic guitar. He is friendly, kind, and a wonderful teacher. And even when he moved, our lessons didn't stop and he still made time for our Skype lessons. We would HIGHLY recommend lessons with Ronnie!
I took bass and guitar lessons from Ronnie for a couple years, and I learned so much during my time with him.
