About Seth

Tumbling, gymnastics, and acro trainer with over 30 years exp. and a track record of excellence in cheer tumbling, gymnastics, trampoline, power tumbling, and general acrobatics. From beginners to the most advanced, learning new skills in proper progession has never been more rewarding. US Safesport certifed with background check USAG saftey certified

Began teaching/coaching after my competitive career ended. I've always deeply enjoyed working with kids in the gym- imparting the confidence, strength of character, and life lessons learned as an elite athlete growing up in gymnastics and tumbling. Hard work most definitely pays off!

A 15 year competitive carrer as an elite level tumbler and trampolinist that led into a 20 year run as a performing professional trampoline acrobat and NBA mascot. I hold a number of certificates including US Safesport certification, USAG safety certification, and USAG Professional.

About the lesson

A series of lessons begins with an evaluation leading into a training cirriculum of proven level specific progessions that enable the student to safely accomplish their goals.

From beginners to highly advanced, I've worked with cheerleaders, gymnasts, trampolinists, tumblers, acrobats, mascots, and special needs athletes. Several past students have achieved placement on college cheer squads and national teams in tumbling, gymnastics, and cheerleading.
