About the lesson

First I gain some information about what does a student want, what is his goal, how much time does he have, what are his expectations and so on.
Second, I look what is his physical condition and his level of training, so we can decide what we are going to start with.
My main goal is to give a good basis so they are able to lead a healthy life style and to build on it in the future.
I work with different people! :)
Once again I repeat: we are all different people to whom we need a good foundation to build our sports career further, to someone simply that it would be easy to develop physically and be fun.
Do not waste time in vain, if you do something, then do it well.
One day Benjamin Franklin say: "Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that is the stuff life is made of."
