About Christopher
Hi! My name is Chris Najor and I love to teach. I received my B.A. in History from Michigan State University. I first began teaching at MSU while pursuing a Master's degree in Criminal Justice. I also tutored athletes in history for over two years as well. Over the last 2 years I have been the primary teacher for my 12 year old son's Social Science classes (he attends an online school). During this time I rediscovered my love of teaching. Although I prefer the teaching style of the Socratic method of instruction (using a give and take of questions and dialogue), I am flexible in my approach and will tailor my style to use the best method available to help my students learn the subject matter being taught.
