About Mallory

Students will learn to work and be one with their horse! Students will learn a discipline as well as focus and determination. The students will also learn how to speak to a horse in the horses language! I’ve been riding for more than 10 years and have been training for 5 years. I’m located in Scobey, Ms. where barrel horses and trail horses are trained. I have taken courses to better my training and to help others on their riding from Fallon Taylor and Clinton Anderson. With the tips and lessons I have taken have given me the opportunity to win many first place ribbons and checks.

I started out teaching elementary school and riding horses on the side. I had several of my student’s parents come and ask me to teach their child to ride horses. I realized quickly that this is what I loved to do!

I have had years of working on a ranch raising and training horses for sell and, or competition. I have been raised around horses the majority of my life and have had the foundation to begin teaching others what I’ve learned!

About the lesson

First, the students will get familiar with their horse, by learning a horses cues and what to do to make the horse respond properly.

Secondly, the student will learn on how to speak to a horse in a language they will understand. With this the horse will learn respect without being fearful of the rider.

Third, the student will learn the discipline of their choice including body posture.

I have worked with students at a beginner stand and an intermediate stage. Students young and old.

Look for someone who is passionate about not only horses but also their students!

Make sure whatever the issue you are confident in your ability and have the courage to have what it takes to successfully ride a horse properly.
