About Lorena
Aside from our store, we are pleased to provide several services. We organize private Italian lessons (in person or online), we perform translations from English to Italian and vice versa (Lorena is the only northern Nevada translator listed with the jurisdictional Italian Consulate - Los Angeles).
We have been doing this service since 2009 and have several loyal students that have a fun learning experience and we have fun with them.

I love languages, I love my native language and I love to share it with those that are eager to learn or just want to know a little of it.

I like to meet with the new student in person and talk to him/her about their goals and study a work plan together
I have worked mainly with adult students; I tutored an independent learning college student and I also have a couple high school students I trained for AP Italian test
Find someone that is very knowledgeable of the language but that also makes learning FUN: if you don't have fun, you're going to drop off
Seeing the joy in my high school student getting the maximum grade for his AP test brought tears to my eyes!
