About AJ
My goal is to give kids the skills to defend themselves from bullies, not only physically but verbally. Avoiding confrontation is the goal but protecting yourself is the top priority. The self defense I teach is wrestling and Brazilian Jiu jitsu, grappling martial arts. That allow for a safer combative form of defensive fighting. This will allow kids to subdue bullies in a less dangerous way. I will teach compassion for our aggressors and honor in our defenders. Also martial arts are very therapeutic for people and help to build confidence and release negative energy. Self defense means alot to me because it ensures the safety of not just myself but the people I love and wish to protect. And I believe that's a great comfort to have in such a dangerous world now'a days.

Details
Lessons should last around an hour to an hour and a half. I don't want to charge more than $5 a session or $25 for a month of unlimited lessons. I'm not really interested in the money it's nice to make some extra cash on the side. But I'm doing this for the kids. To ensure there safety, to teach them honor, discipline, and respect. I want to be sure my students have the techniques to defeat any bully but have the ability to resolve there issues verbally and peacefully.
