I can provide information, resources, movement illustration, explaination and sharing experience.
I have been an athlete all life.. Doing something right and have done something wrong as well. I have developed tremendous amount of understanding from my healing journey, Traveling back to the state of well being again both physically and mentally without taking pills or depending my life on medical industry.
I can't wait to share and walking with you on your journey.
I have helped so many of my friends and family shifted from the diet method that doesn't serve them to the ways that's align with nature and the natural energy flow of the human body
To be strong and fit to survive to this present nature time, the most important factor of all is that I encourage my client to be aware of themselves and follow their own intuition and listen to how their body response not to follow my recipe of success

Details
It would be 30 per 1.30 hours session.
First we set goals for next period and follow up with the previous goals to measure and adjust toward more functional and efficient method.
Then we spend time stretching and learning new technical aspects of Martial arts then we go on a daily ( session ) practice that's cardio / embodiment related
