About Kenneth
I am a professional Salsa dancer with more than a decade of experience. Began my dance journey at the age of 15. Have performed all throughout the city as well as internationally. I love working with anyone who is interested in Salsa. Salsa is great for cardio and confidence. I personally lost 50lbs in my first six months dancing.
I have always been in martial arts my whole life but, had a special interest in Muay Thai and Kickboxing in the last 4-5 years. You will learn to defend yourself and get in shape in one. As someone who personally doesn't enjoy weight training, I base my program around high intensity cardio and calisthenics.
It keeps me in shape an motivated and I love helping people reach their goals and potential.
Salsa I started teaching at age 17, I now am 26. I got started teaching because I joined the performance team of the company I took classes with.
Kickboxing I started making my friends hold pads for me, they began to take their own interest and I started working with them more in depth.
More than a decade dancing Salsa and I have four years experience in Kickboxing/Muay Thai.

I Salsa lessons and Kickboxing lessons with Kenny. He excels in teaching both. Very patient, flexible and caters to your every need as a student. Above all, very friendly and makes his lessons a pleasant and fun experience.
Showed me a variety of different Self defense combos and managed to give me the workout of my life at the same time!!
Great overall workout! Kenny has a lot of patience while working with you and knows how to push the best out of you when you think your gas tank is empty. Very knowledgeable and passionate at what he does. Will definitely keep doing his lessons, highly recommend!! 👍👍
