First, i give them a general history of what I as a Sifu and a long time Master and Instructor of various Self Defense Systems,teach . My approach to what I teach which is probably different to what they have seen from other Martial Arts Instructors as I stress healing and spiritual developent first and foremost !
My students will learn the ART of whatever style they wish to learn
