Coach Munir breathes lacrosse. He is extremely valuable at many different levels. When I first started out, he was the first to teach me the most basic shooting mechanics. A couple months later he’s teaching me advanced faceoff techniques and drastically increasing my skill and playing time because of it. Coach Munir can teach you everything from fundamentals to field vision to drills and exercises to help shape you into the best player you can be.

Munir is the best lacrosse coach you can find. With experience playing D1 lacrosse as soon as you step on the field with him it is obvious that he is full of skill and lacrosse wisdom. From the fundamentals of shooting form to the most advanced dodge moves and attack strategies, there is absolutely no doubt that he can help improve your game. I had the opportunity to be coached by Munir throughout my 4 years of high school. I was a midfielder and took faceoffs and lacked some of the essential skills I needed to dominate. Munir quickly helped me improve my face off and taught me amazing strategies to defend or attack face offs no matter the situation. He also was able to critique my defensive form to best lock down my opponent. Most importantly though, Munir helped me dial in my shot and improve my finesse moves, not only giving me the ability to score from anywhere on the field, but to also beat my defenders to make space for a shot. Munir’s help ultimately helped me develop into the player I am, leading to me becoming a captain of my team and winning a championship. I will forever be grateful for the skills coach taught me, but also for the strong mindset he gave me going into every game.

From day 1 of training Coach Munir held me to a very high standard. He taught me that if I want to be great I have to hold myself to a higher standard than others hold me because only I can truly hold myself accountable. Not only did he help me gain mental strength, he provided in depth explanation of how each workout or drill would help improve my game. This helped keep me better focus on my goal of getting better and the ability to notice how I was progressing.
