About Jorge

I am the president and CEO of ODMPSI.com, a management consulting firm offering talent acquisition, talent development and outsourced project management services. Our talent development division focuses on leadership development, supervisory skills and client exprience. In addition, we instructionally design training for our corporate clients.

On a limited basis, we will do executive coaching for individuals looking to improve their overall leadership skills. Executive coachong a personalized one-on-one experience that will help the leader work through various levels of their potential as a leader.

This process starts with an initial conversation to determine the individuals expectations. From there, we will create a customized plan that works for the executive and ODMPSI.

Personally, I love helping people achieve their professional goals and objectives. If I can help coach someone to be a leader others enjoy working for and exceed performance, then that makes me happy.

As a banking manager I participated in many staff training events. 25 years back I was asked to become the Director of Training and Staff Development for a large bank in South Florida. In 2002 I founded ODMPSI.com, an outsourced training and management consulting firm. We also assist our clients in obtaining new executive level positions.

Jorge Garcia has a management degree from Florida International University, one of the leading business schools in the Southeastern part of the United States. Jorge also holds certification in Leadership Development and Human Resources Development and Instructional Design. Jorge has instructionally designed learning courses in leadership, supervisory skills and client experience. Jorge has also design a three session sales training program titled the Solutions Sales Cycle.

About the lesson

Our first session will be an interview to assess the students career development level. This is followed up with a commnucations assessment. These first steps will assit us in creating a customized coaching plan for the individual.

The plan created for the inividual learner will consist of 5 to 10 training sessions. The number of sessions will be determined by the developmental level of the student. These training session were instructionally designed by Jorge Garcia and based on real-life leadership situations.

We have worked with many different types of industries including supermarkets, pharmacies, manaufacturing, airling and banking. We have worked with customer facing staff up to helping senior management teams/boards create and create company-wide strategic plans.

When undertaking an executive training plan and coach, one should consider what their long-term goals and objects are. In addition, they should create a vision board which includes where they will be in 10 years. Once one has worked through this process, they should consider the steps they need to take to achieve those goals. Finally, will engaging an executive coach/trainer help you in achieving that vision for your personal and professional goals.

Recently, I training a company's entire sales team in the Solution Sales Cycle. The company met their annual sales goals in six months.
