About Steffany

I approach yoga therapy, meditation, and health coaching from an evidence-based perspective, combining current research with heart-centered practices and ancient philosophy.

Being a partner on someone's journey toward greater health, wholeness, and self-discovery is an honor and a privilege.

It is my life path. I've been teaching in one way or another for most of my life. It probably started with dance classes as a teen, but I now direct a corporate health coaching program and a university research department. Lifelong learning has always been a value and passion of mine.

About the lesson

I conduct a thorough assessment that addresses all aspects of health and wellbeing and get to know the students goals and priorities so that we can partner together toward a shared vision of growth and progress.

My research has focused on the role of mind-body practices for people of all ages, including those with chronic stress or chronic pain. My coaching work has been focused on helping people achieve health goals or shift their life perspective and circumstance.

Learn what styles and influences guide the practice, whether it is individualized, whether the teacher has experience working with people like you. And then give it a try. It can be hard to know who might be a good fit until you give it a chance.

Hearing how someone's life was transformed by changing her mindset about her relationship to her health and her body.
