About Shane
I offer a personalized approach to fitness and wellness, using your interests and strengths to tailor a custom program that's achievable, not invasive or offensive and inspiring!
I found in my own journey I lacked a base knowledge of what was possible and wasted a lot of time trying to weed through what is gospel and what is gossip! I love educating, inspiring and meeting people who have a strong desire to succeed and fine their truth and inner happiness.
I have an AAS in culinary training, focusing on nutrition. I have intimate knowledge of many forms of training and personal experience in all facets of fitness.

First and most important is a good sit down. It's important I know what is important to you, how you learn and respond to coaching. If you hate cardio, I'm not going to push cardio on you! The beauty of my approach is knowing there's not one true path and all roads lead to success as long as the desire is there.
