I typically like to do a 30 minute strategy session to see if we would be a good fit to work together. Once we decide to work together we would conduct a 90 minute intensive session to get clear on what you want and what your goals are. After that we will meet twice a month for 45 minutes for the duration of your package.
Spend some time getting to know your potential coaches. You should have a good rapport with them. Also, try to hire a coach that has some training and is affiliated with the ICF.
