About the lesson

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to perspective clients that will give us a chance to get to meet and make sure that we both feel good about working together. Prior to our first session, I have a new client intake form and a questionairre that will help us determine what you need and want to get out of our time together.

I approach our relationship as equals. I am merely a nonjudgemental nuetral guide who can provide a safe place and real tools for you to improve your life. We will set goals and determine the course of action together. If you are not in a place where you are currently able to even determine what you need, that is ok, we will start there!

Laura was instrumental in helping my daughter navigate her emotions during my recovery from gallbladder surgery and her father landing with Covid at the same time. We were very lucky to have her on board during that stressful time! Could not recommend her enough!

Laura is one of the most incredible mentors and people I’ve ever met. She’s genuine, caring, and provides practical guidance. I am more confident and driven than I’ve ever been because of her; she makes me feel intelligent, important, and valued as a person. I don’t know where I’d be without her!
