About Heather

With a fun, intimate energetic exchange, i like to say 'we are in this together." The journey to wellness should be reachable, and harmonious with the way you navigate your life. Creating a personalized plan for YOU, i aim to focus on what your goals and needs are and how they fit into your lifestyle. Not everything works for everyone. My services are meant to make you feel empowered and leave you with gratitude. That basic plan of counting calories and doing cardio till you drop is OVER. I want to help you make wellness your best friend and find joy in changing our life.

I enjoy helping people. Mostly to watch their belief in themselves change. To see faith, love, and meaning pour back into the empty cup, leaving you feeling abundant and connected.

Soul guided by the encoded spirit of my Cherokee ancestors, I was channeled to work with natures energetic realms since i was a child. Being in-tune with earth wisdom and feeling a strong pull to the influence of helping others. Through the years strengthening my relations with Mother Nature i found the path of my purpose being a light that can serve others safely on their journey into wellness. Offering my services to heal together through high frequencies of love, and heart connection in the now.

A free spirited, gentle, and nurturing presence in relation with a honest, creative inspiring energy. We are in this together.

About the lesson

When a lesson is booked, i am immidiately inspired to get acquainted with the individual, with a small consultation, via email, phone chat and/ or FaceTime. This way we, together can create clear intentions and the goals being set.

Making sure the client feels comfortable with what is being offered, and agreeing on a plan that works best for them, Including rates and location.

We then draw out a healthy way to approach the needs to decide what steps are needed in achieve the desired goal.

Offerings can be intended as a trial run session, or extended to a weekly, monthly regiment.

If in alignment and everything seems clear, we then will schedule a first session.

After the first meeting, we can discuss future involvemnt together with sessions desired by client.

If you feel inspired, I am available as a mentor for a wellness plan, as i am a holistic lifestyle Coach i am available for a full guided program if desired by the client as well.

For consulations your welcome to email, and i am also available via text/call as well. Or Simply send me a chat through here.
