25+ years ago I was working as a Security Officer at TOH! The chef was kind & I was validating how expertise, by showing off his good cooking with my love handles 😂
I called a guy and he invited me to a consultation, but it sounded like I need to inquire a little deeper 🤔. I asked for the price (remember I was working security), he said $50 dollars. I asked how long was that for, he told me a hour (after about 4-5 minutes); I concluded this was triple my hourly wages, and I asked how can I start doing that!
He referred me to Professional Fitness Instructor Training! And 🤷🏾♂️
