I will love to connect to learn more about how I can assist you on your wellness journey.

I help my clients to heal, activate their innate gifts and to align with their soul's purpose through meditation, holistic wellness and plant based nutrition.

I tap into years of intense research, study, practice and intuition to tailor a plan that results in healthy transformation for each of my clients.

I love witnessing people light up as their lives transform through implementing simple and powerful wellness practices. I love having a healthy impact on people's lives and them impacting my life.

I feel in love with yoga and health and wellness in 2012 when I first started practicing in college. In the evenings and on the weekends, I would get a group of friends together to teach them the yoga that I was learning in school. At first, it was just for fun, but by 2017, I was convinced that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Yoga, meditation, nutrition and holistic wellness has helped me heal through trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and more. I long to share this gift with the world.

I have completed yoga teacher training with Yoga Skills School of Kemetic Yoga in Negril Jamaica, July of 2017. I have been practicing, studying and teaching holistic wellness for eight years. My training was thorough and encompasses best practices in yoga, meditation, nutrition and wellness.

About the lesson

My process is very simple. I send over my calendly link for scheduling. You are able to pick a day and time that works best for you and pay through that link. You will instantly receive a calendar invite and Zoom link for the session.

During the session we will set intentions, do breath work, guided meditation and then discuss next best steps on your journey of wellness.

Many of my clients are retired veterans, healing PTSD. I work with a lot of women, mothers, and families. I love serving corporate clients as well as academic groups.

I have served companies and organizations such as The University of Texas Black and Gender Studies department, Dropbox, Apple, and Funsize.

I have also created and run holistic wellness initiatives with youth through the Boys and Girls Club.

Ask lots of questions. Make sure that your teacher is not only knowledgeable but also is someone who lives the lifestyle that they teach. Also, choose someone who you can trust to really be vulnerable with. Wellness can be a sacred practice. You want to be sure to work with good people.

I have recently wrapped up a year of services with a private client who has healed herself from the emotional strain of childhood trauma and a host of ailments through holistic wellness. We worked together on a monthly basis, doing deep guided meditation and coaching.

She now has her own thriving coaching business, Youtube channel and wellness brand.

The entry session is $222. It includes a 30 minute session with recommendations and follow up.

Follow up sessions are $444 for one hour, recommendations and follow up.

I also have monthly and 3 month packages available with special pricing for weekly sessions.
