About Karin and Eagle

We teach you a blend of learning how to cook without recipes and whatever you have in the house along with teaching you how to have your very own edible oasis all with a bodymind twist of doing all this while keeping connected and learning how to listen to your own bodymind mechanics. ;)

We enjoy teaching people to learn how to check in with themselves more and to enjoy the fun of experimenting and learning about life through exploration.

I no longer have a massage license or certification nor do i have any physical trainers experience, so now i just share with you what i have learned about bodymind listening over the last 30plus years of working on people.

For gardening, i have 13 years trial and error, plus a couple.of permaculture classes under my belt.

For cooking, i share years of hands on experience out in the field and misc bits of knowledge accumulated experimenting and learning the hard way and teach the joy of experimentation and messing up and being creative with what one has available.

About the lesson

Its kind of a laissez-faire informal style. Small body stretches incorporated no matter the type of lesson.

I will ask that you record a waiver saying you waive me of all liabilities and responsibility while on my property and due to any sessions.

I will invite you on tour of edible plants in yard but you try them at your own risk.

$100/session for cooking sessions

on avg $100 - $150/session for a typical bodymind listening sessions sliding scale fee and cheaper rates available for certain situations)..

unless its a 3+hr bodymind listening session and then it can be $200 to $300 or more depending on the type and length of listening session
